Resort Guides › Greece › Rhodes
Rhodes’ main nightlife resort, with a long beach and a big water park too.
Overview
Faliraki is Rhodes’ best-known resort for nightlife, with a long sandy beach, a well-known water park, and a lively bar strip that’s historically drawn a young-adult crowd, alongside a genuine family side away from the strip.
Families & toddlers
The beach is long, sandy and well equipped, and Faliraki Water Park is a strong, easy family day out; family hotels tend to sit away from the central nightlife strip.
Couples, teens & nightlife
The bar strip is genuinely one of the livelier ones in the Greek islands for young adults; couples after a quieter evening should look toward the quieter southern end of the beach or consider Rhodes Town’s Old Town instead.
Seniors & accessibility
The seafront promenade is flat and pleasant away from the main strip, making the quieter end of the resort workable for older visitors.
Best time to visit
May to October for the beach and water park; nightlife is busiest June to September.
