Lloret de Mar is the Costa Brava’s largest and liveliest resort, with a wide central beach, a significant young-adult nightlife scene, and — a short walk from the main strip — the genuinely lovely Santa Clotilde botanical gardens. Most visitors fly into Barcelona or Girona.
